VA patients in Pa. fear prostate treatment error (AP)

AP - A Philadelphia veterans hospital says it may have given insufficient radiation treatment to more than 100 prostate-cancer patients.

Next, ask yourself what one small step you could take at reaching that nutrition goal. Start small, so that a positive change is easy. Or, if your goal is to eat five fruits and vegetables a day and you are eating only one serving, make it your goal to eat at least two servings a day. Allow the two servings to become a habit, and then add a third serving, and so on.

Nutrition goals should be approached in the same way as any goal- long-term and short-term. Determine an overall goal and make a simple plan, with many small, accomplishable goals, so that you are continually motivated towards success. Celebrate each accomplishment and enjoy your journey to good health.
